Course Reflective Narrative:
This course was very helpful in the beginning of my Capstone Journey. Once a week we were given different information about resources available to us in order to fulfill all our Major Learning Outcomes, of which there are six, and how to complete our Capstone Project by the end of the Spring Semester.
In this course I was also given great information about how to write a good personal statement, as well as a resume to give out to companies I am interested in working for. We were also given more information about study abroad programs and different pathways to visit another country or understand another culture.
With this class I was able to get a head start on my Capstone Project and began working on the "shell", so to speak, of the whole project. I started to think about different themes for my paper, as well as start the online portfolio and reflect on my time at CSUMB.
I was able to use all the information given to me in this class in order to reflect upon and write my Capstone Project and fulfill all the requirements to get my BA in the Spanish Language and Culture.
